Field Cancellation and Rescheduling Due to Weather
Due to the unpredictable nature of weather in Texas, there will inevitably be field trips that have to be cancelled/rescheduled. This is left to the discretion of the individual Field Trip Coordinator, who will send out an email as soon as that decision is made to let everyone know of the change or cancellation.

For this reason, we highly encourage you, if you are able, to always check your email in the morning before you leave for your field trip to avoid showing up for a trip that has been rescheduled. The Field Trip Team plans and organizes with a heart to serve and bless the RHSA member families with educationally memorable as well as safe field trips. All of us want each field trip to be a blessing and will do our best to contact everyone on our sign-up sheets via email if there is a change by the night before the scheduled date.

*NOTE: ALWAYS include a check of your SPAM folder. For unknown reasons, some announcement emails go directly into that folder instead of the inbox folder, resulting in families showing up for field trips that have had to unfortunately be canceled or rescheduled due to weather.
