Texas Home School Coalition The Texas Home School Coalition (THSC) is responsible for helping new home schoolers across the state of Texas as well as maintaining a network of information and communication between and among the leadership of regional home school organizations, local support groups, and individual home schooling families.

Spring Creek Baptist Church Homeschool Helper — The Gateway Programme, hosted by Spring Creek Baptist Church, is a private tutorial service that provides opportunities for homeschooled students to improve and accelerate their learning experience.

Jon's Home School Resource Page— a great starting point for Web-based homeschooling activities and resources.

Home School Legal Defense AssociationHSLDA is a recommended yearly membership for homeschoolers. Through RHSA you can receive a discount off the $100 per year fee. HSLDA offers information and as well free legal council and representation to its members for any homeschooling-related legal issues you may encounter.

TAFFIE (Texas Advocates for Freedom in Education) — If you don't mind a few more e-mails, you might visit this web site to sign-up for this mailing list to stay abreast of homeschooling issues that affect the state of Texas.

 World View Classes.Com is a website for students using the World Views of the Western World curriculum.

WriteGuide.Com — An excellent site for homeschoolers wanting to hone their writing skills. You can even sign-up for a free monthly newsletter.  They offer both fee-based curriculum and services and free resources.

BlackBoard.Com offers lots of on-line courses that might be of use to homeschool families. The courses range from elementary to advanced levels.  The courses are fee-based and run year-round.  Many offer tutors and moderators who run the courses.

HomeschoolToday.Com is a homeschool magazine web site.  Magazine contains articles on homeschooling, upcoming homeschool conventions and events and other useful information.

Common Sense Press.  Publisher of various homeschool curriculum such as "Learning Language Arts Through Literature".  Also offers a free on-line brochure titled "Choosing Curriculum that is Right for You".

KONOS Curriculum — KONOS is a biblically-based unit studies curriculum written by two educators who are also homeschooling moms.

The L.A.M.B. Company Curriculum, products and services. Their curriculum can be designed and tailored to meet the academic needs of any home-educated student.
